In 1992 I was 15 years old, I started writing a diary. 19 books later, documenting the next 10 years, I had scribbled many thousands of words. My diary was my outlet, my thought process, and helped me evolve. The books became A4 sized with naught but lines.
I'm turning them into a blog firstly so I can relive it all page by (fabulous #x@#&!) page. Just flicking through I realise how much I have forgotten. Secondly to record them in a format other than pen on paper, and third because there is little scarier than sharing ones raw account of life with an entire world! I like challenges
.
Yes, it is scary. Everyday I sit down to post an entry I will dread what it says, but, I'm hoping it gets easier and by the end I should be cured! I wrote my diary adament that no-one would ever read it...ha!
Update (a few weeks after starting this blog): While no one mentioned so far knows about it yet (bar my brother) others I've told have REACTED to me using real names. Yes, I understand but...where's the fun in making up fake ones??!! Doesn't that somewhat defeat the purpose? Nevermind and ok, I will change names (though please note my duress). I promise all other events and cirumstances are written word for word, spelling mistakes included. Enjoy x
Please enjoy,
